All order requests from new customers placed via your default price tier are just that; requests.

You’ll still have the chance to review and start a dialogue with the customer via messaging and comments. Better yet, alongside this update to the Sellar app, we’re also introducing a more flexible order editing tool.

Adjust prices, quantities, change products, apply discounts and set delivery charges. All on a per-order basis. So you can easily handle those order requests from new customers regardless of your default price tier settings. It only takes a few seconds.
