The Sellar Best Price Promise

When buying through Sellar, you’re buying directly from the supplier. This means there’s no ‘middle-man markup’ and we guarantee you’ll always get the best price for any product purchased through Sellar.

This means a better price for you and a better deal for your suppliers.

This guarantee applies against any other platform where the supplier is in control of the price.

Where you have negotiated pricing with an existing supplier relationship, that pricing will be honoured. All pricing, discounts, payment terms and retro agreements can be loaded onto your account. If it’s not, click here and we can help to get that sorted.

FAQs

  • Sellar is and always will be free for buyers to use.

Sellar makes money from suppliers in two ways:

    1) Suppliers pay a monthly subscription for Sellar Lists, our customer and order management software that makes it easier to run their business.

    2) Suppliers pay a one-time Opening Order Fee when we successfully introduce them to a new trade customer through the Sellar Market. This fee is a fraction of the typical cost involved in acquiring new trade customers.

  • Yes. Because of Sellar’s business model, it is always better for the supplier when you buy from them directly through Sellar. This means they are happy to honour any deals or discounts found on other platforms where the supplier sets the price.

  • Click here and we’ll help to get this sorted ASAP.

  • If at the time of your purchase, one of the products in your order was available at a better price elsewhere, please let us know. Once verified, your account will be credited with the difference.

  • This promise only applies against other platforms where the supplier is in control of the price. If you want to confirm which platforms this applies against or have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@sellar.io.

As traditional wholesalers have already purchased and therefore own the products, the supplier can no longer control the price. While it's unlikely you’ll find traditional wholesalers selling at a better price than directly with the supplier, the Best Price Promise would not apply.
