But we felt we could go a step beyond this. Try a new way.

From today, all customers you invite to your trade store on Sellar can start ordering with a single click.
No. Sign Up. Needed.
Magic links allow your customers to view your store with the products, pricing and terms you’ve assigned to them. They won’t even need to enter their business name or address.
It’s really that simple. Here’s how it works 👇
You head to Customers -> Add New and send an invite to a customer.
They receive an invite email which contains a magic link. This link is unique to them.
With that link, they can order on behalf of the business you invited them to. So you can be assured your customers will only be able to order according to the price tier and terms you’ve assigned to them. (That’s the magic part!)
Your customer can choose to sign up after they've placed their order should they wish to manage their order in the full Sellar app.
They can, however, continue to order with you via their magic link indefinitely if they so desire. This just provides more convenience for your customers to place their order with you online.
You won’t have anything new to learn. You’ll be able to manage all your customers as normal in Sellar; just as you do today.
Getting started
Got customers who aren’t on Sellar yet? Get in touch with us about our customer import service. We’ll help you get their profiles created and will issue their invites with magic links.
How about those customers who you’ve invited but aren’t ordering regularly from you online yet? You can issue a magic link by heading to your customer list, viewing their profile and switching to the contacts tab. You’ll see a ‘send store link’ or ‘send reminder’ button next to each person on the account, or invited by you, respectively.
This update really makes it effortless for your customers to adopt online ordering. No other platform offers this level of personalisation without the need for account creation!
