Introducing our integration with ViewPlan
Good news for ViewPlan users. You can now link your Sellar account to sync your stock levels, orders and customer list. This is now our third brewery management software integration which aims to make your experience using Sellar much easier.
Here’s what to expect once you connect ViewPlan and Sellar:
Stock:
ViewPlan will be able to sync stock automatically or manually. On ‘Auto’ mode, stock levels will be pushed to Sellar every few minutes to keep you product availability up to date. On ‘Manual’ mode, you can control when you’d like Sellar stock levels to be updated from within the ViewPlan app.
Orders:
Similar to stock levels, orders can also be managed automatically or manually. ViewPlan will also help you map the order to the appropriate customer in your account. If the customer is new, you’ll be able to easily create them in ViewPlan upon receiving the order.
Customers:
ViewPlan will attempt to automatically map customers pulled in from Sellar with names matching those within your ViewPlan customer list. You can choose to do this on an order-by-order basis for new customers, or you can fetch your entire customer list on Sellar to ‘pre-map’ them. New customers that are not yet setup in ViewPlan can be setup with the details provided by Sellar; making it quick and easy to sync your customer lists.
