    Expectations for Behaviour

    We promote a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere. However, all attendees representing exhibitors or working at the event must adhere to our Code of Conduct.

    This includes:

    • Avoiding offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.

    • Respecting fellow attendees, exhibitors, and event staff.

    • Contributing to a well-organised, professional, and collaborative event experience.

    Scope

    These guidelines apply to all attendees participating in Sellar Trade Nights, regardless of their employment status.

    Code of Conduct

    Compliance with Laws & Ethical Conduct

    All attendees must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited. We expect all participants to uphold ethical standards when interacting with exhibitors, customers, and the public.

    Respect & Inclusion

    Discrimination, harassment, or victimization of any kind will not be tolerated. All attendees must treat their colleagues, peers, and event staff with professionalism and respect.

    Protection of Property

    All participants must respect the property of Sellar, fellow exhibitors, and the venue. This includes:

    • Avoiding damage or vandalism of event spaces, facilities, and materials.

    • Respecting the trademarks and intellectual property of all brands in attendance.

    Professionalism & Collaboration

    Attendees must conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism.

    Supervisors and managers should lead with fairness and respect, ensuring duties are assigned appropriately.

    All attendees should be cooperative and avoid disrupting the event or interfering with the work of others.

    Open communication and a spirit of collaboration are essential.

    Disciplinary Actions

    Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including:

    • Immediate removal from the event.

    • Temporary or permanent bans from future events.

    Legal action in cases involving theft, fraud, or other unlawful activities.
